  The screen you get after login as admin is divided in to three parts.  
     
 

1. Navigation Button Sets
2. Data Pending for cropping

  Manage Users:  
     
  Here you can create users or edit user info also through which you can assign the roles for the user.  
     
  For creating new user:  
     
 

1. Click on New Button from the bottom button set
2. Enter informations
3. Select User Type
4. Click on Save Button from the bottom button set

 
     
  For editing user:  
     
 

1. Select the user from the bellow user list and click on Edit Button from the bottom button set
2. Edit informations
4. Click on Save Button from the bottom button set

 
     
     
   
     
 
 
     
  Manage Instructions:  
     
  For managing the coding instructions for the coders  
     
  For adding new instruction:  
     
 

1. Click on New Instruction Button
2. Select Priority (is you set High priority it will appear in RED colour)
3. Select User
4. Enter date, title, select Media, select brands
5. Save instructions

 
     
  Once you add the instruction you have to upload the instruction for making it available to all out side office coders. For in office coders they will get this by default. This will be displayed to their welcome screen of dataentry aplication.  
     
   
     
   
     
 
 
     
  Update Media Dimension:  
     
  By using this option you can update media height and number of columns in your master file. This is using for computing article size while you crop artciles from this media  
  For updating, just select the media and enter height and columns, data will be saved automaticly.  
     
   
     
 
 
     
  Update Active Brand List:  
     
  By using this option you can update the active brand list and this will optimise the brand search session  
     
  For activating brands, select the brand and tick in the active column. If you want to activate a full group or full product of brands then enter group code or product code in the activate box and click on activate button, similar procedure is applicable for deactivating brands.  
     
   
     
 
 
     
  Sync Data with PARC web server:  
     
  This option helps to keep all master files updated as the data updated in web database.  
     
   
     
 
 
     
  Download data from coder:  
     
  By using this option you can download the data from the Out-side office coders, for cropping and corrections.  
     
   
     
 
 
     
  Upload Master Data:  
     
  This option will upload master database to the server, so out-side office coders can download it and can use it for data entry. When you create a new out-side coder it is required to upload the master data.  
     
   
     
 
 
     
  Generate Monitoring Reports:  
     
  This will generate a excel file which will show you the status of dataentry as per the entered period. A complete analysis over coders and time segments are included in this session. By using the excel data you can further make any kind of crosstabs.
