How data entry will work - a brief introduction |

System is divided in to four sessions |

1. Administrator session |
|
2. Supervisor session |
|
3. In office coder session |
|
4. Out office coder session |
|
|
|
|

1. Administrators can create users and assign
roles to users. Admin can also upload master files to the web server for
data synchronisation. Administrator can see all the monitoring reports which
represents the data entry status. |

|
|
2. Supervisor can download data from out
office coder and can crop data. Supervior can also do arabic to english
translation. This user also having a full control over in office data entry. |

3. In Office coders - can enter data as
per the monitoring instructions and can also crop the article simultaneously |
|
|
|
|
|
4. Out Office coders - can enter data as
per the monitoring instructions and can upload data for cropping |
|
|

|

|
All the data is depended to the Newslog
web database. once data entry completed this will be published to the webserver
and it will be available to the client. The master data files like Group,
Product, Brand, Sub brand, Media, Sub Media etc are linked to web database
and all users can synchronise it from this central web database base rather
than update it through the text files. |
