| Sync Data with PARC web server: | |||
| This option helps to keep all master files updated as the data updated in web database. | |||

| Run OCR over images: | |||
| This is a seperate module can be operated seperatly. For the time being we have only english OCR, which will help to fetch data from print media. By using this option we can understand how many brands or keywords appeared in a page for a particular day. We are using this data for data entry. While coder opens the page it will search inside the OCR data and show all the available keywords. This will alert the coders and help to reduce missing. For using this option you have to install this OCR module in one PC which can generate data automaticaly in a specified time. This software requires Microsoft word 2003 or above. | |||

| Download data from coder: | |||
| By using this option you can download the data from the Out-side office coders, for cropping and corrections. | |||

| Translate Data: | |||
| Arabic media titles are generaly entered in arabic language. As we are providing data in english we requires the translation for this text. | |||
| By using this option you can translate the data. This option can automaticaly translate the data with a single click if you are connected to internet. | |||

| Crop Articles from out side office data: | |||
| Crop articles as per the data entered by the out side coders. This option also can be used for re-checking articles entered by coders. | |||
| Please Note: Article can be Multi Brand and Multi Page - Now there is no limitation on page or articles to be entered for a article. | |||
| For cropping articles: | |||
| 1. Enter the period and click on list articles, then select the article by double clicking the article. | |||
 |

| 2. Confirm all the page details and brand details. - if it is a multipage article select the page from page list. If you want to remove any page or brand - select that item and click on "-" button which will delete the entry with a confirmation message. | |||
| 3. Crop the article by selecting the image area and clicking on the Crop Article button | |||
