1- In the report definition: a. we need to add the “period” as you know most of our reports pertain to a period of time or they refer to a fieldwork period or they cover data from a period of time so the report must be defined with that b. instead of “Region” pls use the word “Country” c. in report definition , add a new field : “target user” to mean who could benefit from using this report , or to whom is it targeted ? we can have typical expression like “advertising manager” , “Marketing manager”, “communication manager”, “Brand manager”, “market manager”, “Country manager”, “Channel Manager”, “Business Development Manager”, “Strategic Planner”, “Brand Planner”, “Media Planner”, “Media Analyst”, “Account manager”, “Client services Manager”, “PR Manager” and few more designations that Umar and Uzair will add in due course d. add a field for the “SAMPLE SIZE”, and a field for the “Target Group Definition”, and a field for the “Tolerance on the results at the 95% confidence limit” ( that is a % margin of error on results) e. add a field for the “frequency”( Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, yearly, Other) , and another for “ Next Update/Next Edition” ( forecast date of the next edition of the same report) the reports that we intend to sell will be from all lines of business so we should select the line for each report listing you should provide a page that explains terms of sale and shipping , to include the issuance of invoice and the shipment to buyer at the indicated address by courier with expense paid by the buyer
