Terms of use:

By using the PARC Report Site or by clicking a box that states that you accept or agree to these terms, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use the PARC Reports. Note that special terms apply to some services offered on the PARC Report, like subscription-based services, rules for particular contests or other features or activities. These terms are posted in connection with the applicable service. Any such terms are in addition to these terms of use, and in the event of a conflict, prevail over these terms of use.

Terms of delivery:

Normal time for delivery is 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise indicated. If it becomes necessary to make partial shipments in order to complete an order, no additional charges will be made. Sometimes, you may order reports that are not yet ready for delivery, we will send these items to you as soon as they are in stock. If shipping of other items, besides reports, from PARC - Report Gallery will be delayed, we will e-mail or call you. PARC is not responsible for delays incurred by the delivery company responsible for delivering your goods. 

Terms of payment:

Our normal terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice. Any alternative terms of payment are to be agreed with us in writing at the time of placing an order. Customers may be asked to pay cash with order or cash against pro-forma invoice with their first order. In order to establish a credit account we will require details of your bankers, along with references.

Return Back:

Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. Please be sure to read all available information about a report before you place your order. If you have any questions about a report's coverage or relevance, simply contact us for expert assistance from a Research Specialist.
